From the looks of that cabinet, you are going to have to take that thing down to bare wood. With your time to restore, the high cost of the art and parts package for that game, Chris is right, hang on to your wallet. When you're done, it will probably cost you around $2k. Have fun! :-)

To remove either media that gets stuck (media gets stuck everywhere, especially in screw heads), I use dental picks (yes, the sharp tool the dentist uses on your teeth). It's a tedious job removing stuck media, but after I remove all of it, I clean the metal parts up with Bleche Wite, then wash...
