    New collector in Massachusetts/New Hampshire

HeHe My plan is to only have one generic Jamma machine untill I get a bigger place (very limited room where I'm renting atm) I'm a newbie here as well. I always wanted a huge collection of games starting back when I was 10 I think. I also have a big list of games I always wanted, Including ones...

    Neo Geo Sound issues.

Thankyou so much. My +5V was at +5.3V and when I corrected it, the sound works fine Thou it did knock my 12V down to 11.5 when I fixed it. Thankyou again, now all I need to do is fix the cab and replace out some cherry switchs in the joystick (well maybe buy 2 new joysticks as I only have one atm)

    Neo Geo Sound issues.

I have a MV-1, wich has a mono/stero switch for running on a jamma harness. Thou I'd presume a fix for the MV-1B or MV-1C boards would be the same for my MV-1 board.

    Neo Geo Sound issues.

Also the setup is a single slot, set to mono on a jamma harness. I beleive it is a main board issue and not the cart, would anyone have an idea on how to fix this. Also I'm running Nightmare in the Darkness (only cart I have yet, can't wait for Bust-a-Move to get here)

    Neo Geo Sound issues.

Now that I have my monitor back and am able to test my game boards out. My Neo-Geo Board (maybe game) has sound issues. Either the sound cuts out, background music cut out, sound isn't there or the sound restarts (hear the Neo-Geo splash music) I'm presuming it's the board and was wondering if...

Well the Seller is coming over to check out my monitor and wiring harness. Then he's going to take it to his shop and re-cap the thing and run some bench tests on it Nice to find a seller locally that takes the extra effort to make sure you don't feel screw'd over

    Poor Tempest.

LoL well ok yours I do like and nice job on fixing it up. But to take a working Centipede with a nice cab and then to tear it apart paint over the side artwork and then plaster it with MAME artwork and destroy the PCB to me is a crime. His didn't look as nice as yours to begine with but it...

    Poor Tempest.

I'd rather see a nice cab go to arcade heaven then see it hacked up and made into a MAME cab. My brother-in-law made a cenepide cab into a MAME machine, when I saw it I wanted to cry and beat him with a sledge hammer

    Monitor Problem (Large Pics inside)

Well I'm presuming I need to recap my monitor. It doesn't always power on, seems I have to plug in the cab for about 30 mins then let it sit unplugged for about 5-10 mins then when I plug it in it turns on. Or is there something else I could try. Thanks in advance

    Monitor Problem (Large Pics inside)

I also think it needs a re-cap kit needs to be powered on for a while before the pic shows up, but thats not that bad I'm just not sure how to trouble shoot the rest

Looking for a nice MAME Cocktail table. Need help

Re: Looking for a nice MAME Cocktail table. Need help Most of the pre-made made MAME machines go for about $4000 from what I've seen. But there are tons of webpages with info on making you're own MAME Machine from old cab's or building it from scratch. To bad I never really bothered with...

    Monitor Problem (Large Pics inside)

It is a Zenith G-A63ADG25X I also found a disconected loop cable laying in the jamma harness wiring wich looks like it was soldiered to on of the connectors but I'm not sure were the other end went to. Also the monitor was tested with a 60 in 1 that the guy I got it from has.
