Try turning up the voltage a little. My board did the same thing and as I gradually increased the voltage the problem went away.

It could be a bootleg version. I'm not entirely sure as I don't know what the board looks like. The title screen looked correct on the version I played on.

The language in Black Dragon is Japanese. From my experimenting, ROM 5E has the language and all the info on the scoring. I think you can swap the ROMs from Black Dragon on a Black Tiger board. The problem is the language would be in Japanese unless there's a way to fix that.

Correct 2 rocks fall on the 1st screen. That is definitely one of the differences.

I have seen the walking through wall stuff on a bad board and when I was playing around with removing ROMs. 5E is critical. I don't think the game will play without it. But I'm pretty sure it's one of these 4 chips..... 6E, 8E, 9E or 10E is the bad ROM that causes this. I can't remember...
