Thanks for the tip. I'm just going to cancel that one because the pics look better than the items really are. When I downsized the pics for Ebay it made the marquee look much nicer than it really is. OK, how do I cancel an auction? Anyone?

I might have had my multimeter on the wrong setting earlier. When I got back home and tested it I got less than 1v from the switcher (and using the correct leads this time). Now I have the ground from the wall connected to FG. And I get more consistent readings of 1.3V from the +5 and 3.6...
