Once I had problems with my Scramble's sound. The sound ICs were good but there were some effects missing. I downloaded the sound eproms from the MAME site and burned it again into new eproms. They are working now. You can easily replace missing eproms for example with this method.

I think even the PCBs worth that money! I paid $25 for a "naked" Phoenix PCB...
