I have a WG K4601 in a Stratovox that works for a few minutes when you first turn it on and then goes black. There is still neck glow but no picture. Could it be a dried up capacitor that fizzles out when it gets hot? I don't have much experience with K4600s.

I have a Scramble that doesn't appear to be giving any power to the monitor, but it plays blind. When I test the power going to the monitor my meter beeps like there is conductivity between the leads. So does this indicate the transformer has a short?
