No idea what that means. As it stands, ebay is refunding me, and I have to ship the board back. Moral of the story is, you get what you pay for.

Still having this issue. Need to either get this sorted, or issue a complaint with Ebay. So if anyone has any further ideas on how to repair this board, it would be much appreciated.

Cleaned the contacts with Brasso. They are mint condition now. Still, missing reds. Here are some pics I took of the board. There are no broken traces, or scratches on the board. The SIPS solder side is clean, the black you see on the solder side of the resistors is old pop. I've been trying...

Ahhh...that one is the one I set my alarm for, and snoozed through the end of the auction. I was extremely displeased about that one. LOL They've been all over Ebay the past couple months. Often times 3 or 4 at a time.

Probably. I've been watching these boards for over a year, and they never go for less than $200 there. I wasn't willing to pay that, and just kept watching them. For whatever reason, this auction got no play. Was at $133 all the way till the last 10 seconds. And I sniped it. Not sure why...

Great idea fleetwood472. I use it as well on my NES games, but was worried that it may be a little..."too much" on a board I just spent $150 bucks on. LMAO.

Channel, I also wanted to note, the board is FULL of bent IC pins on the solder side. Going through your forums ( which I might add is a GOLDMINE of info, thank you ) I noticed on a lot of your repair posts, you indicate straightening IC pins. Am I wrong to assume you mean legs bent on chips...

Hahaha yeah. I tested it with my other turtles board, and it works perfectly. So by the sounds of it, if my harness is working fine with other boards, and my monitor is working fine with other boards, it means there is a problem with VIDEO RED on the turtles in time pcb correct? If so...
