We actually made our own CNC machine (check out http://cnczone.com for some good resources on that). Actual commercial machines are super spendy (that's not to say the hobby ones are cheap ). Doing these stencils made me want a plotter though, wish I could pick up a cheap one of those some day.

Yeah, we have to add those back in (also some detail on the leg). I'm sure a pro like yourself could find MANY more problems with our stencil (we really didn't know what we were doing ). But I think it turned out ok for what it is.
