Thanks guys, I got it working I switched it to CMOS coinage and check the battery and saw the piece of metal holding the battery in place was bent... Could not bend it back in place so I got a piece of foil and jammed it in and IT WORKS

Can anyone help?

I actually just replaced the battery... do I have to some how activiate the battery to get it to save?

I am an uneducated newbie but just picked up a NBA JAM machine but everytime I turn it on it says RESTORING TO FACTORY SETTINGS and when I turn it off my records are erased for my user name and DOB Any ideas how to fix this? I would appreciate it
