Yes I pulled the batteries and it does the same thing.

Ok, my problem is a bit more confusing. I can't perform a factory reset because the machine thinks the coin door is closed all the time. I even tried shorting the switch to fool it and it doesn't work. Any ideas?

Mine does the same thing but I just got it so hopefully this will solve my problem too! If not, I'll be back here looking for help.
