I'm hoping someone can help here...It starts about 5 mins after turning on the game. I've done the usual things to try and fix this, cap kit, fly-back and HOT and a thorough solder re-flow but this is still happening. any other suggestions on what may be causing this?? thanks guys :)

Ok, I'm working on bringing my Robotron back to life...monitor was going crazy and caps looked original...capped it...colors are nice and bright but no matter what I do I can't get the horizontal or vertical to lock. I can adjust my heart out but no lock. Btw, wg 19k4901 is what I'm working...

Years ago we picked up this pin..everything worked great except the volume. The vol pot was toast..got a new one and got the correct wiring for the pot. Once installed everything seemed fine but over Time has stopped again and acts basically like The first one...scratchy-dead spots etc. Kinda...
