  1. FS Game: Daytona USA Twin Sega

    No one loves Daytona anymore?
  2. FS Game: Daytona USA Twin Sega

Up for sale is my Daytona USA Twin (aka dual, two seats) arcade driving game. The game works 100%, good condition and comes with the topper. The monitors have been replaced with 26" HDTVs for a better and more reliable picture. The sounds are perfect and the boards are clean. The game has been...
  3. FS Game: Crusin USA - sit down

Oh sorry. I sold this months ago. I have a project Daytona Twin for $100 if you want a challenge. No monitor in one, broken monitor in the other.
  4. TV Remotes Don't work for screens in game

So I have LCD TVs inside my Daytona USA Twin. They power up when I turn the game on and work great. So no technical problems with the adaptors or anything. However, I thought it would be cool to hook cable to them and be able to watch TV on them inside the cabniets. However, the TVs don't...
  5. FREE - Parts: virtual on parts

Does this use any of the same boards as Daytona USA?
  6. WTB: Daytona USA AMP Board

I have two sets of boards coming. One from here and one from eBay. Ironically they cost within 15 cents of one another.
  7. FT - Parts: Williams Demolition Man (NOLAish/ATL)

  9. FS Parts: Daytona USA Sound Board & Amps

SOLD!!! Glad you still had them.
  10. WTB: Daytona USA AMP Board

I think it was a combonation of dirt and moisture. I got these as non-working projects from a gentleman who bought them from a police auction. They didn't work when he got them home. I imagine they sat in a dirty storage locker for a long time.
  11. WTB: Daytona USA AMP Board

This is what they look like...
  12. WTB: Daytona USA AMP Board

I picked up two project Daytona USAs yesterday. Both appear to have blown amp boards. Any idea what causes this? Anyways... anyone have AMP boards for sale? Email me if you do... I need one but two would be great if you have that many. Thanks! [email protected]
  13. Linking 4x Daytona USA machines

I didn't mean odd numbers like on the back of the machines. I meant... can you link 3 together? 5 together? 7 together? I imagine that you can. I have two project ones in my garage right now and two working ones in my house. I hope to get all four going but if not maybe three. I figure...
  14. FS Game: Terminator 2 Judgement Day

That game is on my want list and $500 is a good price. However, $500 plus shipping to middle Georgia and it is no longer so good. There is one on CL about 200 miles north of me at $800. Good luck with the sale.
  15. Linking 4x Daytona USA machines

You can link odd numbers right? I have a twin and just found a single on Craigslist.
  16. Wavey Line on Ms. PacMan

I took all the fuses out, cleaned the connectors and replaced the fuses. At first the monitor didn't even come on. I put the old 1A and 5A fuses back and now it works great. So removal, cleaning and replacement of the two 2A SBs worked great. Thanks!!
  17. Wavey Line on Ms. PacMan

My game has a four position block and a two position block. I worry about soldering but those look so easy a caveman could do it.
  18. CRT to LCD -> Daytona USA (Sega 1994)

The bezels didn't work out very well. I did not need anything for left and right. They wouldn't fit correctly there anyway. I ended up cutting off the top and bottom. The top works great. The bottom had too much of an angle. So currently you can see "Vizio" at the bottom of the screen. Luckily...
  19. CRT to LCD -> Daytona USA (Sega 1994)

I gave the two old monitors to my friend who helped me wire the new ones. They are all gone now.
  20. CRT to LCD -> Daytona USA (Sega 1994)

It's up and working 100% now. And I am very pleased with it. I used two of these: GBS-8200 CGA/EGA/YUV TO VGA video converter With two Vizio Razor LED TVs - E261VA from Walmart. The wiring was exactly as expected for the RGB, Ground, and sync (see my first post). The problem was two fold -...
