  1. Circus Maximus Announces Python Anghelo's Pinball Circus

We are taking the apparently novel approach of not taking anyone's money until we have something to sell. :) You can signup for our notifications list at www.circusmaximusgames.com and you'll be among the first to know when something is available for sale. Paul
  2. Circus Maximus Announces Python Anghelo's Pinball Circus

It will play more like a pinball machine, including in the rules. Python didn't like how the prototype played more like a redemption game than a pinball machine, so we plan to try and rectify that.
  3. Circus Maximus Announces Python Anghelo's Pinball Circus

Thanks to everyone who stopped by at the Allentown Pinfest show and checked out our prototype whitewood Python's Pinball Circus. The next time the circus is coming to town is June 19th-21st at the Southern Fried Gameroom Expo. See you there!
  4. Circus Maximus Announces Python Anghelo's Pinball Circus

My guess is that the ones for the 12 sample games might be hand made. But no way in hell we are building any production ones by hand. :) We have the original engineering drawings for them, but no wire company would touch them until we got to a certain quantity because they'd have to build...
  5. Designer Python Anghelo needs our help!

Thanks everyone for their support. Just a quick update, we are at about $8300 so far, which is pretty cool. If anyone is coming to the Ohio Show we will have some signed limited edition prints from Python available there for sale too. Python intends to do a Video Seminar via Skype during the...
  6. Designer Python Anghelo needs our help!

In order to help us reach the 50% mark of our goal to help Pinball Designer Python Anghelo, an anonymous donor has agreed to match any donations from now until 10pm Eastern Time today, up to a total of $2000. That means if you give $5, it's like you actually gave $10, if you give $100 it's...
  7. Designer Python Anghelo needs our help!

A few updates: 1) We've passed the 30% mark on our way to the goal. 2) The IFPA has announced two benefit tournaments have already been scheduled. March 1st - San Francisco - http://www.ifpapinball.com/view_tournament.php?t=1329#results March 9th - Seattle -...
  8. Designer Python Anghelo needs our help!

Thanks Sarge! I've added your offer to the original Python thread on Pinside!
  9. Designer Python Anghelo needs our help!

We have gotten to the 25% raised point in about 48 hours. That's pretty cool. Thanks everyone! I know I've said this frequently, but the collector community really is a great bunch of people! If anyone can help us get moving towards the 50% mark it'd be greatly appreciated!
  10. Designer Python Anghelo needs our help!

I should add that Al Warner put together a nice promo video for the campaign. It's now on the gofundme page, and you can also view it at the following link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QLWLdKeaLfQ Thanks Al!
  11. Designer Python Anghelo needs our help!

We are super close to hitting 20% of our goal and the $4,000 mark. Who will help us get over the 4k mark? :) Paul
  12. Designer Python Anghelo needs our help!

We've been working with Josh and Zach from the IFPA and they have just announced some Charity tournaments similar to the Barry Oursler events they sponsored recently. Winner of each tournament will receive a $150 Pinball Inc gift certificate in addition to any other prizes that might be...
  13. Designer Python Anghelo needs our help!

Al, Thanks for posting this over here. We are off to a great start with reaching 14% of the goal in a little over 12 hours. Like Al mentioned, if you are a fan of Python and would like to help him out, you can visit http://www.gofundme.com/HelpPython for the full story! Paul
  14. Good starter DMD pins

To me any DMD under 1k is a good deal. I had a Street Fighter II for a while, and those should be available for $700-$1000 and while sometimes it doesn't get much respect, it was a very solid platform and I actually enjoyed the game.
  15. LOTR mods...upgrades...where to get?

I got my POTD figures on Amazon I think. There is also someone on Pinside that has some available with an LED mod to light them up. I believe these are them...
  16. LOTR mods...upgrades...where to get?

I recently put these speaker light kits in found here: http://www.pinballtoppers.com/Speaker-Light-Kits.html The LOTR plastics are a golden ring that look very cool. I'll try and snag a photo. I've also done the following (or have parts and need to install): 1) POTD ramp to protect the...
  17. Yesterday's pick up

Old Chicago was one of my first EM pins. I wish I still had that one. Technically it could have been my second pin as I got a Doctor Who, and then bought 3 pins in a package at the same time with the Old Chicago as one of the pins. (Hot Line and Space Mission were the other two) Pretty much...
  18. Python Anghelo at our Christmas Party!

Python was at Al's party a couple weeks before the detroit party and we all had a similar experience. Al and I interviewed him for the next Pins and Vids DVD and he brought some venison and sausage. He really made everyone he talked to feel important. I think Al and I spent about 10 hours...
  19. EOS wire hacking, why?

The RFM I just acquired had all of the EOS switch wires desoldered and taped with blue painters tape. Not quite sure what to make of that yet. My understanding is that the software will emulate the EOS switches if they are not there, so I don't have to worry about the coils, but still very weird.
  20. Arcade Documentaries?

That BBS Documentary was wicked good. Although I'm partial as I ran several bulletin boards growing up. Had 4 phone lines tied to my computers at one point. I actually think the guy that made the BBS Documentary is doing an Arcade documentary too. I think I saw a Kickstarter for his project...
