    I'm trying to get my outrun together and I have this part (see pic) that is supposed to take 110 and send out 28vdc. Where does that 28 volts go? Mine does not send out 28 vdc. Could that be why I have a blue screen only?

    My 1942 is adjusted such that the picture is about an inch smaller on 3 sides and 1/2 smaller on one side. I have convinced myself that that is the standard for that machine. But now it has gotten to me. Am I misaligned? Are my caps tired? I can't seem to adjust it to full pic.
