Measuring back to upc1397c, I'm getting a voltage of 1.00 for the red and green pins but the blue pin is reading 1.01. bad IC?

Blue is over powering everything. Doesn't seem to be any shorts in the gun. But when I measure the voltage after r209, the voltage is about 20 volts less than the red or green. Tried swapping r209 with r208 to see if it was the resistor but it didn't change it. Any ideas...

idk what it does specifically, but whenever i click no it resets the game. So maybe a reset button?

Create a shortcut to the exe. Then right click the shortcut and click properties. You should see a long line in quotes that is the destination of the exe. Example "C:/documents/games/fix it Felix.exe" after the quotes put in the command line options Example: -fullscreen -zoom=30 -rotate=90...

I also find that sometimes i may need to scale it to 50% as well, atleast when playing it on my laptop and rotate it for fun.
