Hey guys, I pulled this monitor from a Sega Astro fighter cocktail and have no idea what chassis I've got here. The monitor is showing no signs of life, and I'd love to resurrect it, if I can figure out what it is and if parts are available. Any and all help will be so greatly appreciated!

I have a fully working sky shark that's in a q-bert cabinet. Monitor has been recapped. For those interested in this for q-bert restore purposes, the knocker and original power supply are still in the cabinet(working condition unknown). The cabinet itself is solid, no water damage that I've...
