I watched some videos and read some forums and was able to check the z80s to see if they are in a constant reset, and cpu 1 is constantly resetting while cpu 2 and 3 are both low on pin 26. Don’t know if this helps but I hope so. :) Thanks

Yeah I read that. But testing on the cap with the board disconnected from what I read was the right way to make sure it was adjusted properly before I connected it back up.

LOL, it's a duo board. Looks like the ram is on the same side that the roms are on. Edit: It's a single board combo game.
