  1. X-Men Board Issues

Thanks, this is is exactly what I figured. Is there anyone you know of who can perform the fix on this board for me and can get it back into working order?
  2. X-Men Board Issues

Thanks, I’ll check it out. I have TMNT and GI Joe boards that run without issue, so I didn’t even consider the power supple.
  3. X-Men Board Issues

Recently I attempted to boot up my 4P X-Men board which was in storage for a while. It played fine the last time I ran it which was a few years ago. Now when I boot it I get any one of the below issues and the game doesn’t boot. I tried cleaning it with a dust pad and some contact cleaner spray...
  4. When did fifty cents become the norm?

Yeah, Dragon's Lair was first, but that one and Space Ace were clearly exceptions due to the more expensive hardware they used, and most games were still a quarter per play for another 8 or 9 years.
  5. When did fifty cents become the norm?

Obviously just about all games can be programmed to play on however many coins you want, or none at all even, but does anyone recall which game was the first where 50 cents became the norm for play over a quarter? I can't recall ever playing a Konami Beat Em Up back in the day that was more than...
  6. Price Check: Battletoads PCB

I'm looking to raise some dough, so i'm considering selling Battletoads. This one seems to be quite rare, I don't see any that have sold on eBay or on here lately, and the only ones I see listed there are for pie in the sky prices above $500, and I don't think it's worth that. What would be a...
  7. Too many Multicades

Anyone else notice this trend lately on Craigslist, or is it just me? Someone will list their cabinet for some absurdly high price, say a Ms. Pac for $1200, and it sits and they repost and it sits and they repost, and it goes like that for maybe a month or two. Then all of a sudden after a...
  8. tmnt artwork NOS or repro?

I've been looking for artwork for my TMNT for a long time, but I can't bring myself to spend that much. Now when you get the artwork, it's one giant rectangle, is it up to you to cut it so that it fits on the side of the cabinet? That would terrify me, I'm terrible at art and crafts.
  9. PQ: NOS TMNT Original factory Left side artwork stored for 20+ years

Well, you've only got one side which is a problem. You might be able to get $100 out of this, since TMNT is a popular game, and there is demand for the side art (I've been looking for it for years, but I don't want to pay a high price for a reproduction), however only having one side won't do me...
  10. Joysticks 30th Anniversary DVD

http://www.amazon.com/Joysticks-Remastered-Widescreen-Edition-Baker/dp/B0080GTAIY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1346603179&sr=8-1&keywords=Joysticks Anyone else pick this up? It's good to see this movie getting some appreciation, as corny as it may be. As far as DVDs go however, this one leaves a lot...
  11. I hate Battletoads

I believe Battletoads requires a separate wired button to enter test mode
  12. FS Game: FS: Simpsons PCB

Ended up with a duplicate of this that I'm looking to get rid of. Everything is 100%, sound is fine, boots up fine, plays fine. Looking to get $130 shipped. PM me with an offer
  13. Bringing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) Back From The Dead

May I asked where you found the CPO and Sideart? Did you pick them up from Game On Grafix? I've been looking for some NOS TMNT art for a long time, but from the looks of it, so has everyone else. If it is from Game On Grafix, how is the quality? One of these days when I have some extra dough I...
  14. Interesting look inside an Arcade factor circa 1980

Interesting look inside an Arcade factor circa 1980 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOh9HL-dOdQ Pretty interesting to see how much of that stuff back then was done by hand on an assembly line. Love the clips at the end of them finishing production on the NES stuff, including Howard Lincoln who...
  15. Price Check WWF Superstars

4 Player Wrestlefest is much more common than 2 player. A dedicated 4 player Wrestlefest cabinet is about a $250 - $300 machine, any more than that is paying too much. I've actually seen the Wrestlefest board go for as low as $20 + shipping, so you'd mostly be paying for the cabinet and the...
  16. Going prices for NES Consoles?

Don't even get me started on Goodwill. At the Goodwills around here, Consoles go for no less than $25 no matter if they're just the console, or if they have all the wires and controllers. Games get priced based on what they sell for on Amazon. Whenever someone donates games, the people in the...
  17. Going prices for NES Consoles?

As long as it works and comes with a controller and wires, $40 is not unreasonable, you should find a buyer. As far as a shipping box, I buy boxes all the time at Wal*Mart, they're located in the section with the shipping supplies. A box that would fit the NES should run you about 70 cents.
  18. Is TMNT really worth this much?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Teenage-Mutant-Ninja-Turtles-Arcade-Jamma-PCB-board-TMNT-Konami-FREE-shipping-/110775788251?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19cac062db I can't fathom that a TMNT PCB, probably one of the most common games of the JAMMA era, would sell for this much on the basis of...
  19. Going prices for NES Consoles?

An NES is working condition with controllers and wires can go for $40 - $60 on eBay. I remember about 10 years ago when NES collecting was really hot, original toaster style consoles were going for $60 - $80 and top loaders were going for $120 - $150. The market has cooled off now, and prices on...
  20. FS Game: Ironman Offroad 3-Player (CT)

I'd love to have this, but I don't presently have the room, and your price is a bit out of the range of what I like to spend, not to say it's not worth it. It looks to be in great shape too, good luck.
