I have a Sinistar sit down giving me two error codes 035 and 031. Can any one tell me what the codes are?

KI-1 Monitor The monitor looks like it has RF interference. Where the picture looks fine but when the names come up you can see the interference. I have added a line filter and disconnected the 120v fan that is in it and still have the same problem with it.

I have been working on a KI "1" and everything is working but can not get the monitor to function the right way. Things that have been done: - The HDD has been replaced with a CF Card. - The monitor was repaired buy the local TV shop. Still have the same problem after doing this.
