28vac still doesn't stay on with color wheel motor unplugged. What is best way to get the cd unit rebuild.

I did discount the harness on side that ran to heaters and color wheel. After a minute or so the 28vac will light up.

The computers seems to be working. I am getting no errors anywhere. The cd tray does have an issue. It almost sounds like the motor to spin the cds might be locked up. The 28vac does flash when powering on like it wants to come on. But goes right back off.
