I do board work on pinball boards but not much with surface mount and traces as fine as these. I have a Hakko desolder station and weller solder station but no specialized equipment. Anybody got some advice on the proper method to go about repairing this with what I have? Or anybody available...

Looks like you are correct. As can be seen in the pics, there are at least 8 places on the board that show corrosion near caps. Looks like a mess. Not sure I can handle the repair or not. Any suggestions on how to proceed or who to send it to?

Those caps are all surface mount I'm guessing? I don't have the equipment to work on surface mount. Only standard old school boards.

Look carefully at the connectors on the power supply. If you see any wires that are brownish in color (looked burned) or if wiggling the connectors causes a reset, the header pins need to be reflowed and the connectors replaced.
