So, DeOxit didn't fix the problem as I was pretty sure it wasn't a dirty pot. Since the image stabilizes after running a few minutes. I just have to readjust the v-sync to the correct position. I have given up on this and will leave it as it and will adjust the V-Hold after the games runs...

Sorry if this sounds stupid, but what about lining the inside of the cab with aluminum foil and create a sort of Faraday cage. That should prevent the electronic emissions from getting in/out.

My original Vs. Unisystem is also medium tint with no border.
