yeah, JROKs sync cleaner wont solve that prob though it is a nice lil board to have. What you are seeing actually isn't even a problem and there really isn't any way to fix it. All boards vary drastically in video and sync outputs and need to be adjusted when swapped. True, a good NTSC...
