I noticed that the +90v is too high. It's around 103v when I power on and slowly raises to about 110v . What could be the cause of this?

F14 is system 11a. It doesn't use the WPC89 CPU board. I'm guessing you would need to replace the speech ROMs (U19, U4) but I don't know for sure.
