WTB: Nintendo PC-10 and Red Tent Parts

Yup, these were predominantly built in the US and they basically just tossed whatever they had on hand at them.

    FS Parts: Nintendo over/under door

Both. Nintendo used the unibody frames in the later days on some of the single monitor PC-10's. Sega also used them. Here is my old single monitor with the unibody cut out.

    FS Parts: Nintendo over/under door

No, I did a little research and I guess these are legit. I've never seen this before. I've only ever known of the two-piece Asahi Seiko doors.
  4. FS Parts: Nintendo over/under door

Could this be a SEGA door? I think they look similar to the Asahi Seiko right?

WTB: Nintendo PC-10 and Red Tent Parts

I think I finally found one. Weird I’ve never seen that before. I guess these cabinets did also come with a weird modified K7000, so maybe they just were all around different.

WTB: Nintendo PC-10 and Red Tent Parts

The single monitor ended up coming with both. Pretty much whatever they had at the time. I had one with the two piece frames, and one unibody.

WTB: Nintendo PC-10 and Red Tent Parts

Maybe in some cases? I’ve never seen one myself. I guess I thought this style cabinet always had the two-piece doors. Maybe the later runs used the one-piece door?

WTB: Nintendo PC-10 and Red Tent Parts

I believe I have both doors with frames and they've both been powder coated even. I'd have to locate them in my storage unit and see what parts I've got to complete the upper coin doors, but I'm pretty sure the parts are all there.

    FS Parts: Nintendo over/under door

To be honest with you, I’ve never seen a one piece over/under Nintendo coin door. Seems to me that what I’m seeing is Nintendo coin reject and coin return bezels installed on a standard over/under door. I’ve only known of the two piece Nintendo doors since I’ve been in the hobby.

Has anyone used AI to aid in repair?

I have total confidence that AI is going to revolutionize many things. No doubt in my mind. It's already made some impacts in various areas, and I think it's just getting started. The more immediate concerns of mine are things like this - - Is this AI boom going to lead to a market crash in...
  11. FS Game: Ms Pacman Cocktail (Staten Island NY 10307)

Love a cocktail with screened art on the glass. Nice game here.

    Can this be fixed.

I do have two of three other monitors that are extras not in any games. I figure I should take off what I can. I’m just not sure what happened. It could have happened when moving or with things getting moved in the garage. It does suck because it was a working game. A jamma can. It has dynamite...

    FS Parts: Nintendo over/under door

Yup, this is how the cab is cut. Two separate sections for two separate frames and door panels. Pay no attention to the crappy paint job.

FS Game: Original TRON Arcade, Working and unrestored.

Looks great!!!! I almost sold mine when it stopped working. It sat unplayable for 4 years until I finally shipped the boards out to be repaired. The cabinet and monitor are in really beautiful shape and is ALL original. Something very special about these machines surviving 40 + years.

WTB: Nintendo PC-10 and Red Tent Parts

Thank you. My cabinet has the two piece top and bottom. Single top frame and door panel, single bottom frame and door panel. As Jano said that door was used in some of the single monitor games.

Has anyone used AI to aid in repair?

And even others in critical roles agree with this logic. We're Getting Lazy https://pilot-protection-services.aopa.org/news/2025/november/01/were-getting-lazy?utm_source=epilot&utm_medium=email

    Pac-Man Composite Negative Sync Issue - K4900

Great write up, explains quite a lot, thank you. So H Hold doesn’t actually hold between turning the game off and on. Blue cutoff is making no difference on the blue level, just more or less blue. Black adjustment, same thing except essentially darker or lighter blue. Flyback brightness the...
