An article written in 2022 (see link at bottom) seems to point to Venture Line or some other company being the originator of the hardware and software. I’ll quote the relevant paragraphs here:
Holniker had procured his PCB (printed circuit board—the “guts”/”brain” of any arcade cabinet—which...
I have 5 main boards and 2 audio boards
Mains: Qbert, Krull, and Curveball. All are working
Audio: Qbert with working SC01a, but the boards are no longer working (I was able to test the SC01as before my working audio board failed)

Game PCB: Major Havoc
Symptoms: flaking out and resetting (eventually in a constant reset loop of the startup explosion sound)

I picked up one of these USB to JAMA adapters on AliExpress. Unfortunately, it only seems to work occasionally. The rest of the time it behaves as if the last joy/button press is being held. When I plug in my USB controller, the LED goes from dim to bright. Is there anything I am doing wrong or...
Thanks to @64B1T, my monitor now displays across the full X axis! The problem was the -X frame transistor. It passed on the tester but after eliminating the deflection board and verifying all voltages were good, we replaced it and problem solved.
