I think I just saw a PCB for that on ebay that was in the neighborhood of $250, but that seems a bit overpriced to me.
Good luck finding one! I'd be happy to sell you one if I had one, but I just have a regular SFII: World Warriors and a mod version of the same, as well as a HF that I'm not entirely sure I'm willing to part with.

I do have that board available for sale, and I might consider selling it in a cabinet, but it's definitely not a dedicated/original SF2 cab.
