POKEY has ZERO to do with the screen. Check traces and RAM chips or maybe the shifter that outputs the data. Since the majority of the graphics seem fine, I'm leaning more towards a bad trace or a RAM chip acting up.

Sorry for the late reply. The Falcon board is a single one and has the orange version of the rafters and what not. The Alca one has green rafters and different samples. If anyone has one and wants to get rid of it, PM me :-) Yvo

If you're not having any luck with re-seating / re-programming eproms, check the CPU reset and clock. If those are both fine, go down the line and see if your address lines are active past buffers and multiplexers. Galaxian and other boards separated video and cpu so it's relatively easy to...

Looks like it's not coming out of reset unless it goes down first for a couple of microseconds when you first apply power. Does the screen change at all or is it static. At least your video is stable (judging from the picture) and showing stuff. The garbage on the screen is just whatever is in...

Any update as what you ended up doing? I might have a bunch of 2716 roms, which I think are pin-compatible and might be able to burn you one if I do... As long as you can get that pin out, that is :-) Yvo
