Hi. Yes the claw goes back home everytime. I just can't figure out why the claw opens back up to drop the prize.

I have the same machine. The claw will pick up a toy and pull it up but the claw then opens and drops it. Almost like it's on a setting to not allow a winner. Any help or advice would be awesome my daughter is dying to get a stuffed animal out of it. Any idea where to start?

Hi I just grabbed this machine. Seems to work fine but once the claw grabs something it lifts it up then the claw opens again and drops it. Any ideas? Thanks!!!!

Heres an update I have no CMOS error anymore. Did the factory reset. The sound diagnostic says that the irq is connected. I pulled thevU89 and U105 ROM checked for corrosion didn't see anything. Got a new 3v battery on order. When I get home today I'll take a look at the sound pot volume...

OK did the restore still no sound. Does not say CMOS error anymore. Waiting on a new battery RadioShack didn't have any in stock. Thanks again.
