I doubt if you would of heard of the spectrum cabinet mate. they were made over here in the U.K. And these suckers were built to last, You try and kick one of these and your break your toe. Any way just incase your interseted heres a pic of one.

Okay mate just checked the lights on the sound board ive got a solid light on the red light and the green light on the sound board. and a red light on the main board. I did the test and everything comes back okay. So whats next mate. I really appreciate your help.
