Thanx for the response. I was emailing him today. He will attemp to fix it but might not be fixable. Best choice so far. He also reccomended that i look for a new board in case this doesnt work.

Hello. Just bought working sega star wars racer game. Worked great when i picked it up, but on the 3 plus drive home, the vibration caused one of the ic's came off the board. After contacting a few people, looks like about a 50/50 shot of it being fixable. Really want to get tbis game bsck...
