Try pulling out the batteries and putting them back in. When I upgraded the lamp driver resitors on my Phoenix, the special lights and some other lights were stuck on. I pulled the batteries and it was fine.

I cleaned and adjusted the contacts on the start button, that took care of the problem. Thanks!
