Thanks for the help guys. I am unable to test the monitor on a pc cause the guy I bought it from cut the plug so it is just bare wires. He also didn't include the adapter board, do that do anything with the signal or does it just make it so you can connect the monitor with out cutting the VGA...
Will that tube swap ok? Will it cause any damage if I do swap them if it is the wrong tube? I'm not real sure how to ohm out the tube to check if they would work together. Thanks Buffett.
P.s. - do you think it is a sync issue that im not catching a signal to it?

here is a pic of my issue. Also to mention with the RGB plug I just connected exactly how the other monitor was. I had my RGB wires and then a black and grey wires. I connected the black to black with the monitor and the grey with a yellow wire coming from the monitor.
