I ended up buying a replacement bestech board with bad capacitors and replaced them and it has been working ever since. The bestech boards at this time on ebay only went for around $25-30 shipped for a non working one.

Spoke to someone who is in the repair business and was told i could use a Wells k7600 or 7901 or a 7302. But that i would need a 10 pin neck board and that they are hard to come by. So i guess im stuck with the Bestech...

Yeah i am not trying to bash him, and he has since offered to make this situation right. So I am going to wait before trying to go any further with this thread, because he really does seem like a good guy. Im going to edit my past post for the time being.
