So the Monitor is a WGM-2550 Med. Res. The only other info I saw was 9A2988-1 SANYO MEX 9623 There is a board sitting under the monitor and one mounted behind it. Can you tell me which each is referred to? Hard to explain or take direction if I don't know the proper terms. Thanks

It's got 48 way joysticks. Does that mean it's optical? Need to research to see what I have.

When you say board, are you thinking board that is directly behind the monitor? (Don't know the name) Or the master board that everything ties into?

When we unplug the component feed the picture goes away, but the monitor is still glowing red. Does that make sense? Just ruled out brightness/contrast dial.
