I circled back to this game recently. Still have no idea what game it actually is. I can't dump ROMS. Is there any other way of identifying board? Without identifying board I can not troubleshoot.

I bought a EPROM programmer. Can I just read the EPROM and figure out what game it is? Do I need to read all 6 chips? I have never used a EPROM programmer before so it will be a learning experience for me. I assume I would read chips and then use clrmamepro to verify ROMs? Then use MAME to try...
