i am having the same exact problem with my system 3 by gottlieb. It will not recognize my flippers in the menu although they work when actually playing. Let me know if you figure this out bud

I got a 1994 Gottlieb system 3 pinball machine for my first pinball and have a few questions. I am able to get into the test mode / section and it says to use the left flipper to navigate and the right flipper to select. Well the flippers work great except in this menu they will not do...
