I didn't find a part number of the flyback itself, but I did find one on this part which the flyback plugs into (not sure what it is exactly).

Yeah I'll definitely need some help getting this out. Of course before I can even think about doing repairs I need to figure out what this monitor is. I wonder if all Sanwa flybacks are the same?

As you can see from the new pictures I took (sorry for the quality, but my basement is really poor lightning) the wood plank the circuit board is on is attached to the chassis if the front (bolted to the bottom of it)...
Yes and the monitor board says 20I10 on it as well (see pic).
Not easily. The board is bolted to a piece of wood that's held into the cabinet at an angle. I'm not sure what the logistics are of getting that out. I'm still very new to this.
