    OK... so here is an update. Installed a cap kit on the ARII also replaced both R29 and R30 since they were burnt. voltages seem correct and steady. Will verify this again tonight. Replaced big blue and gave everything a good cleaning. Cleaned the edge connectors on the main PCB. Red LED is on...
