Ok I have a perfect picture now. It was the video BIAS adjustment I could not get the 45 volts out of it but I got about 19v for some reason it jumps up to 110v if you move it just a little bit from the 19v setting. I am very happy for now so I am going to go with if it ain't broke don't fix it.

I did do that. I forgot to mention that in the post. I also forgot to mention that I did test for 75v and that was good. It looks like if I leave the on the bottom of the screen gets better. I'm leaving it on to see if it goes 100 percent.

Wow thank you for your help. I did what you said in a different way. Working back from the reset button I had all IC marked and went two the output and pressed the reset button. I got to IC E6 74LS08 and the output was not high or low and no change when reset was pushed. Replaced IC and it...

Just an update on this. I had an extra power supply board to try so I tried it and it worked high score was saved. The voltage of 8.2 was about 8.3 on this board but the 12v for the coin door and marquee was missing. I found a open resistor and repaired the 12v. The voltage dropped to 7.8 and...
