Now that I got rid of the ram errors the board hangs at the "RAM OK" screen. All the references I have found point to a +5 voltage problem with this problem. I do have a switching power supply and have adjusted the voltage between 5.00 - 5.20 . But I have been measuring from the power supply...

Well I finally got passed the 2L ram error. It seems the ram chips I was using were not compatible. They were the ones from mikesarcade that are for galaga use. A while back I picked up a batch of some generic 2114 ram labeled U214D20 - 4WR Z A3. Sure enough I slowly replaced each one and...
