I have only seen this game at Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio years ago. I believe it was a round grey/silver cabinet that had a red seat (kinda like an old schwinn bike banana seat, your legs would hang over the sides) and you look into a periscope which is located in the center of the cabinet...
