Y out is at 5.1VAC and 2.7VDC, X Out is good, so I think you helped me find the issue! Assume I need to replace the AM6012 digital-to-analog converter. Too bad Digikey doesn't carry them, and all of the sellers of them on ebay are from China, so looks like I will have to wait to get them!

Thanks, I am getting 24.5 - 25 so I am good there, so something else is wrong. I got the 30VDC reference from another post. I love the fan idea, once I sort this out, I will add fans also!
