Had similar problems, cleaned roms and redid all edge connectors. I also replaced the big blue but that was for the heck of it. Needless to say problem went away. Note I also had different behavior when only 1 of horizontal or vertical were connected, than when both were.

Hi, I need to replace what looks like a resister network labeled Konami 007340 at S2 on a TMNT board. Does anyone know what replacement part I can throw in. The manual is really fuzzy in this area, it looks like a resister network with resisters inbetween each other. I saw that Andys Arcade...

Ok adjusted the screen as per riptor's advice and the visible section looks like money, (blury pic but its good in person). Now is the remaining problem with the doubling a board issue? I assume the insaine speed is as well.

The right side of the screen is doubled with a compressed garbage section in the middle. I believe I have a wellsgardner 19k4906? (See attached image). As a side note this was running fine all morning then apparently all of the sudden it did this. Also when I just played it now the game is...
