Have you considered using something to cut in the crosshatching? Not sure if that is how the stocks on the original arcade guns are done but on a real gunstock it is cut into the wood to give you better grip. Might be a major pain to cut in by hand is the biggest reason not to do it.
i am guessing it is running a bitkit and those go for like 200 on their own.
This has a burn free monitor that was rebuilt which is really nice to not have to worry about.
So it has been worked on for sure and is not running the original pcb if that bugs you pass but it looks like it was done...
Necro bump tonight i achieved a goal I have been trying to hit for a long time (decade maybe) cracked 100k. I had been stuck under 60k for ages then learned the thousands tunnel strategy and that helped me get to my goal. I also finally cracked 1mil on robotron (Jrok board) this year too. Looks...
This is not my pic and I cant remember now where I found it so I can't give credit

I got the cab ages ago and it had been converted into a Taito Final Blow. It looks like a Joust again minus the stenciled side art and I have a Jrok in the machine. Since the control panel had 8-ways in it from the conversion I kept it that way since robotron is a super fun game and it is not...
I saw that and understood it doing the opposite of what I wanted. That is something that allows you to plug a Jamma board into a Williams cabinet is how it reads...or at least how I parse it.
I had been looking for a way to be able to plug a Joust board set into a Jamma cabinet would this board make this happen for me? I know you mention for a test bench etc. I have a Joust cabinet that was converted into a Jamma machine and I am running a Jrok board in it now and it is my...
Love it!
I recently picked up a toki in a super Pac-Man cab and I am going to put it back to super Pac-Man but you inspired be to buy a second control panel so that I can play some shmups when I get that itch.
did you get the fluffy PCB’s for the PGM Caves games?
Hey all, does anyone carry the blank metal Williams control panels anymore? I know arcade shop had them on their site but looks like they are out of stock. AS is not the best option for me anyway as I live in Canada and they stopped shipping to us directly.
Thanks
