Update on this - it was the Slapstic at fault. Replaced it with a modern repro and all is well.

In your photo, pin 1 is at the upper left, you can tell by the different shaped areas around the pins, match them up with the drawing you referenced in your first post. It would be a good idea when referencing the pin numbers to look from the TOP, in other words how you see the Amp connector...

Is it supposed to be possible to go into test mode when using the Gauntlet 'No Slapstic' hack? I've successfully implemented the hack and the game runs fine but of course a ROM error is displayed on power up due to the different checksum of the replaced EPROM. However, this error also seems to...

I need to replace a volume pot on a Sega Mega Play yet I've not encountered a pot like this before (seven pins including the two mounting lugs). Does anyone have any details on it please, maybe where to get a replacement?
