Thanks! Looks like the lens assemblies (558-028 & 558-029) slide into the gun barrel. Is there an explosion drawing for those? The woodpecker on my machine had some wiring problems. I think it was a cut wire from the movement. Have you tried using a multi-meter to see if there's continuity...

I have some cheap plastic magnifying glasses that are close to the barrel size. The size can be pretty easily modified on a grinder. Once I know where they go in the barrel I'm going to mock it up with the plastic ones for now.

What's wrong with your board? On mine the playfield shows up but the ball doesn't bounce around in attract mode and nothing happens when I insert a coin except the coin counter clicks.

Just picked up a broken NA Table Tennis with a 104-0023 PCB. I plan on fixing it but curious if it's the same PCB. If it is it will broaden your search.
