Thanks for the input. Ive wondered if there are scalers that could add scanlines and it looks like there are. I normally play consoles with the scanlines off but Im thinking I may feel a little different with Defender.

Ok so my golden tees monitor is jumpy. It looks like the screen will shrink vetically for a second and then goes back to normal. Will a fresh recap and new flyback fix this? (ive already have the flyback so it wouldnt be an issue)

I recently did some maintaince on my Golden Tee and noticed when in the test screen it has a grom failure. What is grom and where can I find replacments? The game works better than ever, so is it just for high score saves? Thanks Shane

Thanks everyone. I think I will attempt to build my own but we will see how that goes. My machine doesnt even really need it but I have to replace some ram chips, which has sparked my intreset in working on it. My main problem was to find all the molex connectors, which I now know. Thanks
