That's interesting about the operator love for Tapper, as I had one on route years ago when it was fairly new, and honestly it was only an ok earner. Not a game I would recommend on a route. I believe your assessment.
I've got a couple of these and if your still having I/O errors, the fix is the power supply. Turn up slightly if I remember correctly. It's been awhile, but it's definitely the problem.
