In the middle of a game after a dart is thrown the game freezes and I can't advance to the next player nor will it reset by tripping the coin mech. I have to turn the machine off and back on again to restart another game. On occasion the game is froze after turning it on and I can not advance...

It happens some times when i first turn the game on but, most of the time it happens after a dart is thrown.

I am new to this site. not sure if I am doing this correctly. i bought a Arachnid 6300 and in the middle of a game it will periodically freeze. I have to turn the game off and back on to start another game and hope that it won't freeze again. Any ideas what would cause this?
